Step 1: Do Not use the first Paypal link. Create a new account or sign in to your current account.
Step 2: Select your shipping method and click Continue as normal.
Step 3: Enter your discount code or wholesale account code. Click the Paypal link to pay with Paypal OR enter your credit card data and click Continue.
Step 4: Verify that your discount has been applied and click Confirm Order.
Still having problems? Try the following:

Make sure you are using default security settings
Make sure you have cookies fully enabled
Update your web browser to the most recent version
